What is an assignment? 

An assignment is where a condo or property is re-sold prior to the development being completed. Individual owners contact us while their condominium is still in the construction phase and before the completion date for the property.

Purchasing a property by way of an assignment is a bit different from the usual real estate transaction. In an assignment purchase you are buying the contract from the original purchaser.
